SELECTOURS has it's own refund & cancellation policies which you automatically accept them at the moment of reservation from the Website or any other form of reservation we provide.
Before making a reseravtion make sure you read all of our policies and if You don't accept our policies , than you can speak with our support team for anything to be clear in the end both of the sides.
SELECTOURS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES :
- EACH RESERVATION IS ACCEPTED AUTOMATICALLY IN THE MOMENT OF THE RESERVATION WHERE YOU ACCEPT OUR POLICIES
- CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION FOR A FEW DAYS TOUR MUST ALWAYS BE 5 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE , THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO GET A 100% RE-FUND FROM SELECTOURS.
- CANCELLATION INSIDE 5 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE WON'T BE ACCEPTED FROM SELECTOURS AND YOU WON'T BE RE-FUNDED.
- CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION FOR DAILY TOUR MUST ALWAYS BE 3 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE , THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO GET A 100% RE-FUND FROM SELECTOURS.
- CANCELLATION INSIDE 3 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE WON'T BE ACCEPTED FROM SELECTOURS AND YOU WON'T BE RE-FUNDED.
EXAMPLES
DAILY TOUR
-Let's say that you make a booking on 8 March for a daily tour with SELECTOURS and the departure day is on 15 March.You are able to make a cancellation till 11 March and get a 100% re-fund!
If you make your cancellation on the 12-th - 15-th of March , You won't be able to get a re-fund from SELECTOURS.
2 OR MORE DAYS TOUR
-Let's say that you make a booking on 5 March for a few days tour with SELECTOURS and the departure day is on 15 March.You are able to make a cancellation till 9 March and get a 100% re-fund!
If you make your cancellation on the 10-th - 15-th of March , You won't be able to get a re-fund from SELECTOURS.
